Our Work

From the Artists' Book

Every plate below was done at these counters and photographed the same afternoon, under the same lamp, with no retouching beyond a crop.

An artist at work on a commission

Commissions

Drawn on paper first.

Any artwork above two nails begins with a drawing. Élodie or Anh will sketch two or three options at scale, in the shades you have chosen, and you approve one before a brush touches a nail.

It adds twenty minutes to the appointment and has, in nineteen years, entirely eliminated the conversation that begins "it is not quite what I imagined".

Bring references. Bring bad references. They are more useful than good ones.

Bridal work

Booked as two appointments: a trial six weeks before, and the set itself three days prior — never the day before, because there is no time to correct anything.

Letters

From our clients

“My grandmother had her nails done here. The room smells the same, the tea is the same, and the manicure is still the best in Paris.”

Camille B.Client since 1998

“They autoclave everything in front of you. After what I saw at my last salon, I will not go anywhere else again.”

Yuki T.Client since 2021

“I asked for something deco for a wedding and the artist drew three options on paper first. Nobody does that any more.”

Nadia S.Client since 2019
